The Float Loft Spa Associates are responsible for but not limited to:
● Scheduling appointments
● Checking clients in and out of their appointments
● Following protocols for new client orientation
● Product, Service and Membership Sales
● Answering phone calls and service questions
● Cleaning and setting up rooms between sessions
● Following opening and closing tasks correctly
● Ability to work together as a team
● Occasionally required to lift up to 50lbs
● Float Tank chemical knowledge, handling nitrogen tanks and more…
You must be able to work in a fast paced work environment, most of the time you are the only employee working so it can get overwhelming if you are not good at multitasking. Being able to balance your workload and customer interaction is a must. Maintaining a friendly and positive attitude with all customers while making them comfortable when they arrive. Once trained, being able to answer all questions about our services to the best of your ability and/or informing them of what they should expect at the time of their appointment!
Required Experience
● 2+ years customer service and retail sales experience
● General computer and internet experience
● Weekend and evening availability is a must
● Detail oriented and cleaning skills
● Professional appearance
● Positive attitude!
Compensation: $13/Hour + Tips + Spa Perks
(unlimited float and sauna + 1 friends and family float per month)
