Refund Policy:
Prices are subject to change. All sales are final.
Membership Policy:
- All memberships are on a monthly recurring basis and will automatically renew on the date purchased using the customers saved credit card. A 30 day written (email) notice is required to cancel.
- Unused float credits from memberships will roll over to the next month.
- Float credits are redeemable for 90 days after membership pause/cancellation.
- All sales are final – no refunds.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Please let us know in advance if you can’t make your appointment time. There’s no penalty for confirmed cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment (if you cancel via float helm, email, phone or voicemail).
Float Appointments and Sauna Sessions:
Same day cancellations require a fee of $20 UNLESS the appointment is rescheduled.
No show’s will be charged a fee of $20.
Massage appointments:
Same day cancellations and no show’s may be subject to a fee of 100%.
