UPGRADES, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund Policy: Prices are subject to change. All sales are final.
Upgrade Policy: We can upgrade you at any time and apply a credit from your current purchase to the next purchase. For example, if you buy a single float session and wish to upgrade after you’ve floated, we will apply what you’ve paid for the single session towards the purchase of a package or membership. If you bought a package and wish to switch to a membership, we’ll apply a credit for the unused floats towards a membership.
Cancellation and No Show Policy: Please let us know in advance if you can’t make your appointment time. There’s no penalty for confirmed cancellations made prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment (if you cancel via Booker or send notice to us via email, phone or voicemail). For cancellations made within 24 hrs of your appointment time, you may be subject to a fee of up to 100%.
